MTM Premium CarShield Services
1. Membership & Eligibility
- This MTM PREMIUM CARSHIELD membership program is available for Commercial Vehicles and Commercial Vehicles Rental Fleets.
- Exclusions: Private car owners, Taxis, PHV (Private Hire Vehicles), and High Performance vehicles are not eligible.
2. Service Coverage and Benefits
Members enjoy the following benefits under MTM PREMIUM CARSHIELD:
- FREE Engine Oil Change + Oil Filter Change (every 10,000km)
- FREE Initial Car Inspection Report (one-time upon enrolment)
- FREE Brake + Coolant + Windshield Fluid Top-up (every servicing)
- FREE Engine Bay Cleaning (every servicing)
- FREE Tyre pressure check & adjustment (every servicing)
- FREE Tyre Puncture Repair (whenever tyre needs patching)
- FREE 24/7 Roadside Towing Assistance (limit to 3 times per year within Singapore, includes accident-related towing)
- FREE Car Wash + Vacuum + Interior Wipe Down (whenever vehicle is in for any service, for van only)
- FREE Aircon Gas Top-Up (every servicing)
- FREE Battery Health Check Report (every servicing)
3. Terms and Conditions
Mandatory Requirements
- Accident Reporting: Any accident involving the vehicle must be reported immediately to MTM Hotline for membership validity.
- Service Intervals: Free services are based on manufacturer-recommended intervals or MTM's specified mileage/date (whichever comes first).
Engine Oil
- Engine oil is capped at 5 Litres, additional will be $5.00 per litre.
Limitations & Exclusions
- Abuse of Services: MTM reserves the right to terminate membership without refund if fraudulent claims or misuse (e.g., excessive/unreasonable service requests) are detected.
- Damage due to accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Negligence: Lack of maintenance or misuse (racing, off-roading).
- Consumables not explicitly covered under the lifetime plan.
Accident Claims
- Authorize Accident claim to go back to the respective authorize reporting centre / workshop for repair.
- 3rd Party Accident claim must come back to MTM for repair.
4. General Terms
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- MTM reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with 30 days' notice.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to engage with our services.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not misuse our services for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared.
Validity
- Benefits are valid only for the duration of active membership.
- Force Majeure: MTM is not liable for delays/cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply shortages, natural disasters).
- 10x Voucher: Voucher can only be use with the min spending of $150 and after every 2 months.
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- MTM Holdings will handle client data per our Privacy Policy.
- Both parties agree to protect confidential information under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if applicable.
- All reports, strategies, and material provided by MTM remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our proprietary content without permission.
6. Termination
- MTM may terminate services if the Customer breaches terms (e.g., fraud).
- Lifetime coverage ceases upon vehicle sale, write-off, or export.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- These terms are governed by Singapore law, with dispute resolved in Singapore courts.
